Took my wife's Cartier Tank Francaise in for a new battery and they replaced it free of charge for me. Couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised and was in and out within 5 minutes.

I was looking to find a Breitling Navitimer to try on - after a quick Google I found one at Official Watches, brand new and 25% below list. After a couple of emails either way I phoned and spoke to George who was really helpful and I arranged to visit the shop. George told me he wouldn’t be there, but he passed on all the relevant info so when we (my son is a watch fiend and came with me) arrived and met Oscar he was well briefed. Oscar was super friendly and knowledgeable - a true watch enthusiast! There was zero pressure to buy, but the watch was absolutely perfect so it had to come home with me. I’m sure I could have found one cheaper on Chrono24, but I’ve had some bad experiences there, so I’d rather deal with real people in a bricks and mortar building and, like I said, it was a very good price. If I’d gone to Breitling on Regent Street I might have got nice goodies, but I’d have paid ⅓ extra, and with the money I’ve saved I can buy my own hat and umbrella! Overall it was a delightful experience and I’ll definitely be back if I am thinking about another watch - next time it will be the first place I look, not somewhere I randomly find on Google.

I called to make an appointment whilst en route to the shop and they fitted me in within minutes for a while you wait service. Came in to get my Seamaster checked out, having liaised with Mercedes, who was very knowledgeable about the model and arranged for me to bring it in. I was warmly greeted and given a drink as Jamie the watchmaker carried out the tests. The watch was checked out very quickly and found to need a slight adjustment to bring it back to peak level The premises are immaculate and the staff are very welcoming, there is an atmosphere of professionalism and passion for watches that is great to see. The range of stock is very wide and I'll definitely be consulting them for my next purchase!

What luck that I walked past Official Watches today. I needed a new battery in my Tag Heuer watch, and went to their flagship store on Oxford St, where they informed me it would be a 6 week wait! Selfridges the same. At Official Watches it took minutes. AND was kindly free of charge! Honestly what a pleasure to meet this professional and courteous team. I called to ask if they do watch battery changes, and spoke to a lovely woman named Juliette who was super helpful and accommodating. I stopped by and they changed the batteries for 2 of my watches right there on the spot, and did a few other checks. Highly professional and absolutely lovely people.
