It is with regret that we find ourselves in the position of having to implement a new disclaimer for special order watches.
We have ordered-in some particularly hard to find pieces for customers of late, and while we love sourcing the perfect watch, we do suffer as a business when orders are cancelled after we have purchased particular watches on behalf of clients.
This leaves us in a difficult position.
We would like to continue to offer our special order service.
We would like to continue to help our friends and customers find “the one that got away” or their unobtainable “unicorn” piece.
It is after long discussion and with some sadness that we now find ourselves having to state that we will retain 30% of the watch price should orders be cancelled.
We believe that we are fair to people, and we ask that people are fair with us.
