I bought a classic Rolex from OW more than two years ago. They were able to source me exactly what I wanted, boxed and brand new without any delays. I paid a slight premium due to Rolex restricting supply, but I didn’t mind that. I am still on the never ending waiting list at Rolex!

I visited Official Watches today to have a battery replacement, pressure test and strap repair/adjustment. I called to make an appointment whilst en route to the shop and they fitted me in within minutes for a while you wait service. Came in to get my Seamaster checked out, having liaised with Mercedes, who was very knowledgeable about the model and arranged for me to bring it in. I was warmly greeted and given a drink as Jamie the watchmaker carried out the tests. The watch was checked out very quickly and found to need a slight adjustment to bring it back to peak level The premises are immaculate and the staff are very welcoming, there is an atmosphere of professionalism and passion for watches that is great to see. The range of stock is very wide and I'll definitely be consulting them for my next purchase!

What luck that I walked past Official Watches today. I needed a new battery in my Tag Heuer watch, and went to their flagship store on Oxford St, where they informed me it would be a 6 week wait! Selfridges the same. At Official Watches it took minutes. AND was kindly free of charge! Honestly what a pleasure to meet this professional and courteous team. Highly recommend and my first stop when I buy my next watch.

I called to ask if they do watch battery changes, and spoke to a lovely woman named Juliette who was super helpful and accommodating. I stopped by and they changed the batteries for 2 of my watches right there on the spot, and did a few other checks. Highly professional and absolutely lovely people. Will be back for my other watch needs!
